What We Collect

• Purchase and transaction details processed by Gumroad. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Your email address and message content when you contact support.
• Cookieless aggregate traffic and interaction data from Vercel Analytics.
• Optional Google Analytics usage events, device and browser information, and approximate location when you accept analytics.
• Campaign and referral parameters (such as UTM tags or click IDs) stored in your browser only after you accept optional analytics, so we can understand where visits and purchases come from.

Analytics And Consent

Our site's Google Analytics 4 is optional. It loads only after you select accept_analytics in the consent banner. Declining prevents initial loading. Withdrawing consent disables further measurement and clears existing Google Analytics cookies, including in other open tabs.

When enabled, Google Analytics records page views and interaction events such as checkout clicks. It may collect device and browser details, approximate location, and a randomly generated client identifier. Google processes this data on our behalf and may transfer it outside your country.

Vercel Analytics runs without cookies and reports aggregate page traffic and interaction events. Page and destination URLs are reduced to their origin and path before transmission; query strings, fragments, campaign identifiers, and attribution timestamps are excluded. If an external referrer includes a path, query, or fragment beyond its origin, the analytics event is dropped to avoid sending that information. Vercel Analytics is not used to identify you or track you across other websites. We do not run advertising, remarketing, or cross-site behavioural targeting pixels.

Cookies And Local Storage

We use a small number of browser storage entries to remember your choices and attribution:

• gro-analytics-consent-v1 (local storage, until cleared): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.
• gro-theme-v2 (local storage, until cleared): remembers your dark or light theme preference.
• gro-attribution-v1 (local storage, until cleared or consent is withdrawn): stores campaign and referral parameters only after you accept analytics. These identifiers are then added to checkout links. They are not saved or forwarded when you decline.
• _ga and _ga_RF39P5LSFR (cookies, up to 2 years): Google Analytics client and session identifiers. These are set only after you accept analytics.

Declining analytics removes Google Analytics cookies and saved campaign attribution, and cleans campaign identifiers from checkout links in open tabs. Your consent choice and theme preference remain until you clear them through your browser settings. Blocking local storage may mean these choices are not remembered.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google servers, including your IP address, so the font files can be delivered. Google's privacy terms apply to that request.

Payment Processing

On phones, clicking a purchase link opens Gumroad's product page in a panel on this site. The Gumroad connection starts only when you open that panel. Gumroad receives your IP address and browser information and uses its own cookies and analytics under its privacy policy. Our site's analytics preference does not control Gumroad's services. Page query strings and fragments are not forwarded as the referrer; campaign attribution is included only after you accept analytics.

Payments are handled by Gumroad. Their privacy and terms apply to checkout, billing, and receipt data. We receive order and contact details needed to provide support and handle refunds.

How We Use Data

• Deliver purchased files and respond to support requests.
• Provide direct access to free resources.
• Process refunds and prevent fraud.
• Understand aggregate site usage and improve the product and checkout experience.
• Meet accounting and legal obligations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers required to run the site and deliver the product, including Gumroad (checkout and delivery), Google (Fonts, and Analytics only when you consent), Vercel (hosting and aggregate analytics), and our email provider for support.

Retention

Support and transaction records are retained as needed for operations, accounting, and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics property. Campaign attribution is removed when you withdraw consent; consent and theme preferences remain until you clear them.

Your Requests

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by emailing gymratsonlyfit@gmail.com. You can also withdraw analytics consent using the cookie settings control above or disable cookies in your browser.

Children

This site and product are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when the site or our service providers change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
